Mental Health Tour: make your church a safe space

With the Mental Health Tour, we are visiting several churches to have open and honest conversations about mental health within the church. How can we make sure the church is a safe space where everyone feels heard and supported?

During the meetings we will watch a powerful video podcast together, in which young people and pastors candidly share their experiences and insights. This forms the basis for an interactive conversation in which we break taboos, share experiences and look together for ways to strengthen mental health within the church.
