Many Christian international communities are faced with the same issues. As a church, we will always have to deal with migration and multiculturalism. We learn from each other during network meetings, courses and workshops. We exchange knowledge, experiences and encourage each other. Solid groups are: ‘Women in Ministry’ for female pastors and wives of pastors. ‘Men in Ministry’ for male pastors and the ‘Workgroup Politics.’ In addition, there are workgroups with representatives of the Christian international communities at several projects.
