For Key Leaders and Youth Leaders

Youth in Focus: Learning to Understand, Guide, and Protect. A new 4-day training program for key leaders and youth leaders in the church. Over the course of four evenings, you’ll learn to better understand young people, engage with them in conversation, and contribute to a safe church environment.

Day 1 – From Child to Teenager
The development of young people and what they need from the church.

Day 2 – Engaging with Teens
Building connections and having meaningful conversations.

Day 3 – Making Sexuality a Topic of Discussion
A safe and biblical approach to relationships and sexuality.

Day 4 – Building a Safe Church Together
Recognizing, preventing, and addressing inappropriate behavior.

A valuable training for anyone who wants to help young people grow and feel safe and seen within the church!
